LIMA Unveils Licensing University Line-Up

Part of LIMA’s Licensing University, these sessions offer both licensees and licensors timely retail strategies for the coming years.  

On Sunday, June 12, from 12:30-5:30 p.m., newmarketbuilders  managing partner Lisa Carver and president Carol Spieckerman will host a pre-show session and bus tour, “The State of Retail in the U.S.”

Todd Donaldson, vice president of sales at IMC Licensing, and Mike Slusar, managing director at Brandar Consulting, will host a brand-focused session titled “Thinking Outside the Big Box: Retail Strategies Beyond the Top 12” on Tuesday, June 14, 11:45 a.m.-1:15 p.m.

Finally, Ira Mayer, publisher at EPM Communications, and Karen Raugust, special projects editor at EPM Communications, will educate licensors to retail practices common in emerging markets in their talk titled “Changarros, Kirana & Souks: International Retailing Beyond Walmart & Carrefour” on Wednesday, June 15, 3:15-4:45 p.m.
