Brand Licensing Europe is just two weeks away, and the Licensing Industry Merchandisers’ Association is hosting a webinar Wednesday to help exhibitors and attendees make the most of Europe’s most important licensing event.

Ian Downes of Start Licensing and LIMA U.K.'s managing director Kelvyn Gardner will provide tips for a successful trade show for exhibitors and attendees on any budget.

“It’s more important than ever for companies to justify their investment at trade shows,” says Gardner. “We know that people are particularly busy ahead of BLE, so we hope that the webinar format will suit most people. You will definitely learn something new, even if you are an old hand at exhibiting.”

Topics will include: how to attract foot traffic; the pros and cons of appointments versus walk-ins; how to pitch yourself; and post-show follow-ups.

Downes and Gardner will also discuss the wider show experience–what to present and what to hand out, how to use resources like the press office and show dailies, how to get the best out of networking opportunities and why you should be there until the very last day.

The How to Work a Trade Show webinar will take place Wednesday at 5 p.m. GMT, 11 a.m. EST.
