Licensing International Expo, which recently announced a new feature called “Brand Showcase” at this year’s event in Las Vegas, is encouraging all exhibiting licensing agents and non-entertainment brands to participate in this display area.
The “Brand Showcase,” which is free to exhibitors, will feature brands, images and products that have a compelling licensing success story from concept development to the retail shelves.
Agents and non-entertainment brand owners are invited to submit the details of the brands that they would like to have featured in the “Brand Showcase” display area. Exhibitors must submit a 50-word product description, artwork and packaging and product samples.
“Licensing Expo has become the one place where companies in all categories can showcase their brands on a global level,” says Liz Crawford, show director for Licensing International Expo. “We created the ‘Brand Showcase’ to examine how each brand makes its way to retail shelves through licensing. Agents or brand owners who want to submit to the showcase should send their most creative application for the end product, including the story of how it came to be. The more creative and out of the box solutions, the better.”
All “Brand Showcase” properties will be included in pre-show press announcements, a Brand Showcase booklet and images promoting the showcase on the exhibition floor. The deadline for submissions is April 25.
