Lavish Rights has signed agency representation agreements across 28 countries for its property Luv Me Buddies.

They include Ignition for the U.K. and Ireland; Jewel Branding and Licensing for the U.S. and Canada; 2-Dream for Europe and Russia; License2Brand for Greece, Turkey and Cyprus; and Characterline for Asia and the Far East. Lavish Rights expects to announce further agency representations in the coming weeks.

Luv Me Buddies are collectible animal characters with heart-shaped heads and bodies, described as an East meets West brand. There are currently 25 Luv Me Buddies with more to be released soon.

"We've been blown away by the response," says Marc Todd, chief executive officer of Lavish Rights. "The interest in our new character brand has been overwhelming."

Lavish Rights is currently creating a digital platform to allow a global launch for the property.
