The website Great British Chefs has partnered with the soy sauce company Kikkoman for a new e-book featuring recipes from top U.K. chefs that showcase the versatility of soy sauce as an ingredient.

Five U.K. chefs, each one with a Michelin star to their name, contributed recipes to the book, including The Queen at Bellbroughton's head chef Andy Waters and Galton Blackiston from Norfolk's Morston Hall.

“We are delighted to partner with Kikkoman in delivering some fantastic recipes that cooks of all abilities will enjoy making at home,” says Ollie Lloyd, chief executive officer, Great British Chefs. “At Great British Chefs we're always looking for new ways to bring great food and new technology together, and we're excited to be releasing our very first e-book.”
