Kids Preferred will introduce Charlie and Lola-inspired plush dolls and a handy doll case, and the company will also distribute Penguin's paperback books. The new offerings will be available at retail stores nationwide this summer. Presented by BBC Worldwide Limited and produced by Tiger Aspect Productions, the series is based on the books by noted British author Lauren Child.

The new toy line features Giggling Charlie and Giggling Lola dolls; a talking poseable Charlie and Lola play set; a plush Sizzles the Dog; Dressable Talking Lola; and more. Kids Preferred also distributes Penguin's series of Charlie and Lola paperback and sticker and activity books. In addition, fans of the series can find the Lola-inspired Pink Milk Game and a Charlie and Lola version of the classic Go Fish game from Rix Products.

A complete range of paper party goods featuring the instantly recognizable artwork from the series also is available from Celebrate Express. The Children's Apparel Network debuts a line of clothing that features the "dynamic duo," while Warner Home Video offers a series of Charlie and Lola DVDs.
