Kellwood Co., which markets apparel, signed a licensing deal with Perry Ellis International Inc. to market a men’s dress shirt collection. The deal between Perry Ellis and Kellwood’s distribution division, the marketing arm of Smart Shirts Ltd., includes the marketing of shirts under the Perry Ellis and Perry Ellis Portfolio brand names. The new collection will be available at major U.S. department stores and specialty stores in the fall of 2008.
