Ressler previously served as director of licensing and publishing at Dic Entertainment and Sony Pictures Consumer Products. She was also a founding member of global publishing at Warner Bros. Consumer Products, where she developed multi-property programs for Scholastic and Penguin Books. Throughout her career, Ressler has worked with brands such as Strawberry Shortcake, McDonald's, Spider-Man I and II, Jeopardy!, Men in Black, The DaVinci Code, Looney Tunes and Baby Looney Tunes.
