The Joester Loria Group inked a deal with Parragon Books to publish the first-ever Entenmann’s baking book, Entenmann’s Big Book of Baking. The collection includes more than 140 recipes.
Parragon Books released the book in September, and the app arrived in the Apple Store last week. To support the release, the book will be featured on QVC‘s "In the Kitchen with David" Nov. 27. Kathleen Robbins, Entenmann’s master baker, will appear on-air to discuss the book and showcase several recipes.
Recipes include cinnamon crumb cake, chocolate cake donuts, banana crunch cake, blackberry and apple loaf cake, cranberry sour cream brownies and nutty granola bars.
