Vodka Capital has finalized a series of deals for its musical comedy series, “Jelly Jamm.”

Televisa Consumer Products in Mexico has signed licenses with Fotorama for toys, ATM for back-to-school items, Granmark for party goods and Convergram for metallic balloons.

In Spain and Portugal, El Ocho has signed licenses with STOR for homewares, SAFTA for back-to-school products and Clementoni for educational games, all to be launched in 2013. There are also another 30 licensees in active negotiation for 2013 in those countries.

“Spain and Mexico have been the first territories where we have started to close L&M deals, and we have been really impressed with the appetite for ‘Jelly Jamm’ in the market place,” says Steven J. Posner, managing partner, Vodka Capital. “This has set a very favorable precedent as our other L&M partners (Turner Enterprises and EXIM Licensing) initiate their commercial activities, and we are hopeful that additional deals will be closed soon.”

Jelly Jamm has broadcast deals in 150 countries. Agents include Turner Enterprises in EMEA, El Ocho in Spain and Portugal, EXIM Licensing in Latin America and Televisa CP in Mexico. Bandai is master toy licensee for Europe, Middle East, South Africa and the U.S.; Grupo Planeta for publishing in Spain, Portugal, Italy, France and Latin America; and Big Picture for DVDs in Spain and Portugal.
