On the heels of Iconix Brand Group's recently completed acquisition of the Peanuts brand and related assets of United Media Licensing, a joint venture company has formed, called Peanuts Worldwide.
Peanuts Worldwide, which also includes all of United Media's portfolio (Dilbert, Fancy Nancy), is jointly owned by Iconix (80 percent) and Charles M. Schulz Creative Associates (20 percent), managed by the Schulz family.
