HIT Entertainment has appointed The Bonnier Publishing Group, the U.K. based subsidiary of Bonnier Books, a division of the Swedish media giant Bonnier AB, as the first U.K. and Australia CGI publishing partner for popular preschool brand, Angelina Ballerina.

Bonnier will publish a series of eight titles, including story, activity and coloring books for launch in the U.K. and Australia early next year, with more titles to follow later in the year.

The new CGI ‘Angelina Ballerina’ book series will be published by Autumn Publishing in the U.K. and Five Mile Press in Australia to support the TV series "Angelina Ballerina: The Next Steps," which airs on Five Milkshake! and Nick Jr. in the U.K. and ABC in Australia.

"We’re delighted to be partnering with Bonnier Publishing for the very first time," says Katie Price, senior director, global publishing at HIT Entertainment. "The group is renowned for producing highly innovative and quality books so we are confident the first ever CGI Angelina book series will prove very popular with little girls both in the UK and Australia."
