Eisner's career at William Morris spanned nine years, where he conducted talent, writing, directing, producing and licensing deals, as well as developed TV series and features. He also worked with corporate accounts on brand integration. Prior to that, Eisner has worked as a counsel at Carolco Pictures and an entertainment department associate at Wyman, Bautzer, Kuchel & Silbert.
