In an effort to mark the 50th anniversary of Gumby, Classic Media and Genius Production will release a Gumby Essentials DVD—a compilation of Gumby episodes from the 50s, 60s, and 80s, which were hand-chosen by Gumby’s creator Art Clokey. Additionally, the 50s episodes have been restored to their 11-minute format, the episodes have been digitally re-mastered, and the original soundtrack has been restored.
