Vodka Capital and Grupo Planeta have closed a book publishing deal for the preschool 3D CGI animated series "Jelly Jamm," with books hitting stores in Spain, France, Italy, Portugal and Latin America next year. Bandai is already signed for master toy in Europe, the Middle East and South Africa; Turner Enterprises will represent licensing and merchandising across EMEA; and Big Picture will distribute home entertainment in Spain, Portugal and Italy.
