Game Group Wins in Christmas Trading

Against a background of cautious Christmas trading updates from UK retailers, the giant Game Group, Europe’s largest computer game retailer, said on Dec. 31 that as a result of “continued strong sales performance” since its last trading update on Dec. 11, it was revising its profit forecast for the year to Jan. 31, 2008, to not less than £70 million (£29.5m in 2007).
