Monica Galer, chief executive officer Northern and Southern Europe, and Daniela Matei, chief executive officer Nordics, Central Eastern Europe and Balkans will both now report to Gary Carter, FremantleMedia’s chief operating officer, while Ian Hogg, who was recently promoted to chief executive officer Asia Pacific, will now report directly to FremantleMedia’s chief executive officer Tony Cohen.

“This new structure will better enable FremantleMedia to continue developing our business in Europe and Asia Pacific," says Cohen. "Spalding has played a significant role in structuring, building and expanding our businesses in these regions over the last six years. In Australia, India and China he oversaw major growth and development, as well as in Italy, the Netherlands and Denmark where he led the company’s recent acquisitions. He was also instrumental in setting up and establishing our successful licensing division 10 years ago, which now forms a key part of FremantleMedia Enterprises. I would like to thank him for the valuable contribution he has made to the company, and I wish him well in his future.”
