Cookie Jar Entertainment and FremantleMedia Enterprises have partnered for the TV distribution and merchandising of "Ella the Elephant," a new animated preschool television series.
"Ella the Elephant" will make its U.S. debut in 2013 on Disney Junior, which will air all 26 half-hour episodes of the new animated series. Cookie Jar has granted U.S. home entertainment rights to Warner Home Video, a division of Warner Bros. Home Entertainment. After Disney Junior’s initial broadcast, Warner Home Video has rights to release it in all home entertainment formats.
The series is based on the Ella The Elegant Elephant books created, illustrated and written by Carmela D’Amico and Steve D’Amico. It will be
produced in CGI against 2D backgrounds.
