A new line of men's and women's outerwear under the Izod brand will be manufactured by Free Country, according to apparel company Philips-Van Heusen.

The New York-based outerwear supplier will designer and produce the Izod line of coats and jackets for sale in the U.S. department and specialty store, beginning this fall. Besides the Izod brand, the deal also includes other sub-labels, such as Izod XL, Izod PFX and Izod X.F.G. The outerwear line is expected to retail from $100 to $225.

Izod's men's and women's leather outerwear is currently licensed in the U.S. through Collezione SA. The brand is licensed in 24 product categories through 22 companies in the U.S. and five globally.

Philips-Van Heusen's other licensed labels include Kenneth Cole New York, BCBG Max Azaria, Michael Kors, Sean John, Chaps and many others.
