Entertainment Rights Plc appointed Deborah Dugan to the position of CEO and president of Entertainment Rights North America. Dugan, the former president of Disney Worldwide Publishing, will report directly to Mike Heap, CEO, Entertainment Rights Plc, and be based at the company’s U.S. headquarters in New York.
