FremantleMedia Enterprises has completed a large number of sales throughout Asia for content from its production teams and third-party producers around the world.

Deals, which total nearly 2,000 hours of programming, include Solar Entertainment Group buying 100 hours of "The Price is Right" and Creative Programs acquiring 140 hours of "The Martha Stewart Show." Filipino broadcasters have acquired more than 500 hours of FME programming. Deals have been struck for new U.S. reality show "Work of Art: The Next Great Artist," as well as "Kell on Earth, Is She Really Going Out With Him?" and "American Idol."

"There is a lot of opportunity in the Asian market and earlier this year we restructured our sales division to better take advantage of those opportunities," says Ganesh Rajaram, FME's senior vice president of distribution and home entertainment in Asia. "It's been a very fruitful change for us and we're looking forward to continuing and growing our relationship with Asian broadcasters."
