BDA has partnered with FME since the debut season of American Idol. Past projects include Coca-Cola co-branded judges' cups, talking bobbleheads, apparel and special finale merchandise. BDA and FME have several projects in development to celebrate the U.S. debut of "The X Factor" this fall.

"BDA has been a long-term partner that we can rely on to deliver complete merchandise solutions and turn-key promotional campaigns."

"We've had great success the past 10 years providing branded merchandise for FremantleMedia Enterprises and we're thrilled to expand our partnership," says Jay Deutsch, chief executive officer and co-founder of BDA. "This is a tremendous opportunity for our L.A.-based entertainment team to exhibit their expertise and ability to connect viewers to their favorite programs."
