FremantleMedia Enterprises and 9 Story Entertainment have announced sales to key broadcasters in Central and Eastern Europe ahead of Discop East 2010 in Budapest.

FME deals include the third season of U.K. drama "Merlin," which has been acquired by broadcasters in Russia (TV3), Romania (ProTV) and Poland (Polsat). To date, FME has sold this program to more than 52 broadcasters in 180 countries worldwide. And FME drama "Monday Monday" has been sold to Fox in Bulgaria. MTV Russia has bought "Project Runway" seasons 6 and Viasat TV3 Hungary has taken the entire back catalog of seasons 1 to 6. Viasat TV3 Hungary and MTV Russia have acquired the "Project Runway" companion series "Models of the Runway." Pan-Eastern-European broadcaster Viasat has bought season 9 of "American Idol," while MTV Russia has acquired season 8. Viasat in Hungary has acquired seasons 4 and 5 of "America's Got Talent" with Viasat TV3 Lithuania and Pop TV in Slovenia acquiring season 2.

9 Story, a newcomer to Discop, will

be highlighting "Harriet the Spy: Blog Wars," "Wild Kratts," "Survive This," "Almost Naked Animals," "Futz" and "Best Ed."
