Pattni Imaginations has signed a deal with FC Barcelona for a range of Barcelona-branded football action figures. The club adds to a portfolio that already includes English clubs Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool FC and Manchester United and marks Pattni's first expansion outside the U.K.

FC Barcelona is one of the biggest clubs in the world having won La Liga a total of 20 times, as well as the European Cup/UEFA Champions League on three separate occasions. The action figures have movable heads, shoulders, arms, waists, legs, knees and ankles and are set to hit retail outlets in 2011 across the U.K.

"FC Barcelona is a massive football club and it's fantastic to be adding a European flavor to our new range," says Mayur Pattni, Pattni Imaginations' managing director. "We now have five of the biggest names in world football on board and we are confident that our innovative range of action figures will perform extremely well at retail."
