MTV Networks International has given Heather Jones, executive vice president, content & creative, music & comedy and director of television, MTV Networks U.K. & Ireland, further responsibilities in music and comedy for pan-territory acquisitions outside the U.S. Jones joined the company in 2002 as director of programming for Paramount Comedy, and previously worked for Flextech and Buena Vista Television.

Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products (NVCP), a division of MTV Networks, has appointed Gavin Metcalfe to the newly created position of vice president for international home entertainment. Based in London, Metcalfe reports to Jean-Philippe Randisi, senior vice president and managing director for Canada, Europe and Latin America, and Sherice Torres, senior vice president of global home entertainment and music, (NVCP). Also newly appointed to director, international home entertainment in London, is Duncan Hamilton, who reports directly to Metcalfe.

Jennifer Buglione was recently promoted to account executive at Sayles & Winnikoff Communications. Buglione joined the firm in 2007 as a public relations assistant. She previously worked for Total Asset Planning, People's Revolution and Travers Collins & Company Public Relations. In her new role, Buglione will responsible for clients, including Anchor Bay Entertainment, RHI Entertainment, Chorion and Simon & Schuster.
