“¡Q’viva! The Chosen!,” which will air in English, Spanish and Portuguese, will seek out talent in Latin music, artistry and dance and film in cities across 21 countries, tailored for each host country’s market. The finale will be a live production.
Endemol will globally distribute the series across all platforms outside of the U.S. and launch on networks across North, South and Central America. Endemol will also locally produce the format in other territories around the world and discussions are already underway in Europe. Discussions are also advancing for global sponsorships with companies such as BlackBerry. The international search for talent is also underway, and the public can nominate their country’s best signers, dancers and musicians on Facebook and upload videos on YouTube.
