Production company Endemol recently formed a creative board and has also announced that Paul Römer, chief creative officer, has stepped down to pursue other opportunities.

The new creative board, which will oversee, direct and develop global programming, is comprised of Marco Bassetti, president of Endemol Group; Tim Hincks, chief executive officer of Endemol U.K.; and David Goldberg of Endemol North America.

Meanwhile, Römer exits after having served Endemol for 15 years. He is known for developing the Big Brother format. In another staff change, Iris Boelhouwer has been promoted to managing director of creative operations, responsible for coordinating the company's creative processes and teams worldwide.
