
In her new role, Whitaker will be responsible for driving Endemol’s global licensing business for the company’s properties, which include “Fear Factor” and “Wipeout,” as well as “Steve Harvey,” Endemol U.S.’s first syndicated daytime show.
She will oversee category management, brand and franchise management, marketing and licensee relationships and retail relationships. Whitaker will also continue to collaborate with broadcast partners to deliver compelling and innovative branded products to market.
Whitaker joined Endemol as vice president, franchise management, Endemol Worldwide Brands, North America, in 2010. In this position, she developed numerous brand extensions on behalf of Endemol properties, ranging from retail programs to live entertainment.
Before joining Endemol, Whitaker spent 20 years in the franchise and fashion businesses, holding a variety of executive positions at Disney, Lilly Pulitzer and Nordstrom.
