Every year, Licensing International Expo draws many long-time art exhibitors as well as plenty of new artists who are eager to learn the basics of art licensing—particularly how to get started in the business.

In an exclusive feature story, "art coach" Jeanette Smith, owner of J'net Smith Inc., a marketing, licensing, and publishing company, provides valuable information on how artists can submit artwork, locate potential licensees, and more.
