Twofour54, the company behind preschool series "Driver Dan's Story Train," has appointed Aoh!k as licensing and merchandising agent for the U.K. and Eire. Aoh!k was founded by Andrew Kerr, previously of Classic Media.

Kerr is tasked with building the Driver Dan's Story Train brand and positioning it to the U.K. licensing and retail trade. "Driver Dan's Story Train" is already a ratings hit on CBeebies and has signed a deal with Macmillan Children's Books. An interactive website has also launched for the property. There are further plans for a toy, apparel and magazine deal.

"'Driver Dan's Story Train' is a beautiful series, with fantastic consumer product potential," says Kerr. "With partners like CBeebies and Macmillan on board, the foundation for a successful multi-category consumer products launch is in place.
