Hampshire will oversee the men's tops line, which will debut in fall, at chain and department stores including Kohl’s, JCPenney and Sears. Products will include button down shirts, polos, fleece tops and tees.

“Representing an iconic American brand with strong global consumer appeal, we intend to build on Dockers solid foundation as a market leader in men’s bottoms to create a world-class category in tops,” says Heath Golden, chief executive officer of Hampshire Group. "This partnership marks an important step for Hampshire as it furthers our strategy to grow beyond our seasonal business, while building upon and strengthening our market leading Dockers sweater business and deepening our retail relationships."

“Hampshire has been a strong strategic partner in driving our sweater business, and this expanded relationship underscores our commitment to a strong tops business,” says David Galpin, vice president, Dockers Global Licensing.
