This holiday season, Discovery Communications is launching a national advertising campaign to promote its Discovery Kids consumer products program.

Featuring younger versions of the “Mythbusters” co-hosts, the campaign highlights the idea that kids are our future leaders and explorers, and marks the start of 16-month-long brand initiative.

“Mythbusters” co-hosts Kari Byron, Grant Imahara and Tori Belleci will star in a series of home video-style spots demonstrating how they always were Discovery Kids. The 30-second spots will air in the U.S. through December 23, 2013 across Discovery Networks and other family/children’s networks including ABC Family, Cartoon Network, Disney XD and Nickelodeon.
