El Segundo, Calif.-based Dependable Solutions recently appointed Ned Carnic as senior programmer and Antonella Rossi as marketing manager. The company provides licensors, licensing agents and licensees with financial management and product approval systems.

Carnic will assist with development of Web applications, database and MS SQL reporting tools, while Rossi will help coordinate advertising, trade shows and direct seminar campaigns.

Dependable Solutions' licensor clients include Gmodelo, Sanrio, Pokémon, Elvis Presley Enterprises, Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, Yamaha Motors and Smileyworld. Agent clients include CAA, Velocity Brand Management, Access Licensing Group, and Newman International Group. Licensee clients include Li & Fung and NMR.
