tment group Baugur, which owns the House of Fraser stores, ruled itself out of any bid for Debenahms for six months following speculation that it was preparing a takeover bid for the business. Landmark and Baugur have been putting together a possible joint bid for U.S. store group Saks Fifth Avenue.
