In anticipation of the release of Tron: Legacy, Disney Consumer Products has revealed details of its toy and electronics line based on the film.

The toy range will hit retailers this October, leading up to the film's release on Dec. 17. Licensees include Spin Master, Monster, Performance Designed Products and Razer for action figures, RC and non-RC vehicles, headphones, iPod dock, mobile phone accessories and gaming peripherals.

"Tron: Legacy is a cutting-edge film with a unique futuristic feel, and we wanted to create products with new technology and high-end design that live up to what you will see on screen," says Chris Heatherly, vice president of toys and electronics at Disney Consumer Products.
