Chapman Entertainment has partnered with CPLG for the licensing rights to "Fifi and the Flowertots," "Roary the Racing Car," "Raa Raa the Noisy Lion" and "Little Charley Bear." The deal is global, excluding the U.S. and Australia.

Target Entertainment will continue to represent Fifi, Roary and Raa Raa for international TV sales and HIT Entertainment will act as the exclusive distribution agent for Little Charley Bear, responsible for television and home entertainment distribution worldwide.

“We have had tremendous success with licensing our properties in house, and now we are excited to be partnering with CPLG to help build the brands further," says Valerie Fry, commercial director at Chapman Entertainment. "They are a very impressive global operation with a strong, established team ready and able to absorb all of the Chapman brands.”

“It's an honor to be working with Chapman Entertainment, icons of British children's TV programming," says Vickie O’Malley, managing director, CPLG. "We're excited at the prospect of managing the programs for growth across both the established shows, Roary and Fifi and the new hits 'Little Charley Bear' and 'Raa Raa the Noisy Lion.' We're looking to meet with existing and prospective licensees at Brand Licensing Europe."
