Cott Launches Disney Drinks

Disney and Cott Beverages have joined forces to bring to market in the U.K. a carbonated soft drink range for children. The beverages include packaging design that features Disney characters and comply with The Walt Disney Company’s strict nutrition

The beverages include packaging design that features Disney characters and comply with The Walt Disney Company’s strict nutritional guidelines. They contain no added sugar, colors or flavoring and less than three calories per serving.

“We wanted to bring these drinks to market for parents who want to add a sense of fun and Disney magic to children’s parties and other occasions through food and drink,” says Philippe Roucoule, executive director of food, health and beauty, The Walt Disney Company U.K. “Parents can also be confident that these drinks are a healthier soft drink alternative and meet Disney’s strict nutritional guidelines.”

The drinks come in Disney Princess sparkling strawberry pink punch and Disney/Pixar Cars sparkling apple and blackcurrant.

The range is already on shelf at Asda. Additional retailers will roll out in the U.K.
