V&S Entertainment has appointed Character Licensing & Marketing as its licensing agent in South Africa.

CLM will focus first on V&S’s flagship preschool property Everything’s Rosie, securing licensees across multiple categories for a summer 2013 launch. V&S will also be looking to CLM for marketing of the product launch to give Everything’s Rosie a significant brand presence in the region.

“Everything’s Rosie” has aired on CBeebies in South Africa since September 2010 and launched on the free-to-air channel ETV this June.
