Chapman Moves into New Market with "Trooper Tom"

Children's television production and licensing company Chapman Entertainment has launched new boys' action property, currently called "Trooper Tom." The series is being made in partnership with Pukeko Pictures, a new entity within award-winning New Zealand studio Weta Workshop created specifically for "Trooper Tom." Weta Workshop worked on
