The Television City banner includes classic brands like The Twilight Zone, The Brady Bunch and Love Boat. Now CBS CP will bring those brands to fans around the world in a new way with a series of online and mobile games set to begin rolling out this year.
“The casual games industry continues to explode, especially with baby boomers,” says Liz Kalodner, executive vice president and general manager, CBS Consumer Products. “These new games take some of the properties under our Television City banner and put them in direct contact with the fans that we know have a deep connection with them.”
DoubleDown Casino who will produce free-to-play, casino-style games for social networks like Facebook and video game websites. A game for The Brady Bunch is currently available and The Twilight Zone game is in development.
Playtika, a subsidiary of Caesars Interactive Entertainment, will create non-wagering casino games for online and mobile devices based on The Love Boat.
CBS CP will be showcasing its Television City brands in Booth 6834 at Licensing Expo this week in Las Vegas, Nev.
