Castle Builders' customizable software platform takes raw content in the form of movies, music and written stories and embeds it into an online multimedia storybook. The computerized storybook features the content in a lively and animated interface that allows the young reader to be in control of the reading process. The product is cross-platform and runs on the iPad, on Microsoft's Windows 7 (XP and Vistas, as well), on Apple's Snow Leopard and on Google's Android.
"LazyTown is very excited to be aligned with such a revolutionary product that aims to help children learn how to read," says Magnus Scheving, LazyTown's chief executive officer and star. "As the first program for children to be shot in high definition we have a natural affinity with any company using sophisticated technology to help children."
