The 13th annual Cartoons on the Bay International Television and Multimedia Animation Festival in Italy has revealed its line-up of Pulcinella Award nominations for the event beginning on April 2.

In addition to the Pulcinella Awards, Cartoons on the Bay will also host animation screenings, including "Ben 10: The Omnitrix Secret" and "Star Wars: The Clone Wars," as well as professional events. Steven Ekstract, publisher of

magazine, will serve as moderator of the seminar 'The Licensing of The Girls" on April 3 with speakers Maria Rosaria Milone, territory manager for Cartoon Network, and Maria Romanelli, vice president of Teamworks.
