The European Association of Animation Film, Cartoon, has named 15 nominees for the Tributes awards at this month’s Cartoon Forum 2008, to be held in Ludwigsburg.

The U.K., France and Germany head up the list of nominees for each of the three categories—Broadcaster, Distributor/Investor and Producer of the Year.

The nominees are:
