Cartoon Movie Gears Up for March Event

At the event, animation producers and co-producers from 16 countries will look for funding and distribution for projects in various stages of completion. France has fielded the largest number of animation projects, 26, followed by Germany, Belgium and Spain.

For the first time, delegates from the videogames industry will participate in Cartoon Movie.

This year is the 11th edition of Cartoon Movie, organized by Cartoon, the European Association of Animation Film. It is the companion event to Cartoon Forum, which focuses on television series animation.

Cartoon Movie takes place in Lyon from March 4 to 6.
