The $13 million project, which already has some $5 million secured from a deal with a yet-to-be-named Canadian business, will feature the newly created spy character, Joshua Blake, who battles and saves the world from forces that would use technology to destroy rather than enhance life. BKN plans to deliver 40 episodes by spring 2011.
