Endemol U.K. and Channel 5 announced a two-year exclusive agreement that will bring “Big Brother” back to British TV screens later this year.

Broadcast will begin with an all-star celebrity version this summer, followed by a new series. The series will be filmed in Elstree Film Studios, and produced by Endemol U..K production arm Initial.

Tim Hincks, chief executive officer of Endemol U.K., adds: “Big Brother has a passionate and loyal fan base in the U.K. and I’m delighted it has found a new home on Channel 5. Ten years on it’s as potent and cutting edge as ever and it’s still one of the only truly multi-platform entertainment brands.”
