Bright Group International has announced two book deals for Will Brenton, the creative TV executive behind the "The Tweenies" and who now runs Wish Films.
Brenton is working with illustrator Holly Clifton-Brown, who has come up through the Bright Literary Academy, on two picture books for kids ages 3 to 7 called "Elephant White" and "Claude." "Elephant White" has been acquired by Templar, and Egmont has taken "Claude" in a two-book deal. Brenton is now working on two more books, "Mika Macaroni's Magical McAnimals" and "Baron von Mousehausen," which Bright aims to place with other top publishers.
