The deal was brokered by Beanstalk, which represents the Paris Hilton Eyewear brand.
The line will be sold in department stores and specialty jewelry stores across the region, including China, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Australia.
Hilton will appear at the Paris Hilton Eyewear launch at the Shanghai Optical Fair in February.
