Bob Traub has been appointed by BBC Worldwide as vice president of retail development for the Americas, where he will strengthen relationships with retailers for properties such as BBC Earth, Doctor Who, In the Night Garden and others.
Traub has been in the licensing business for 16 years, having worked at Chorion, Nickelodeon and Marvel Entertainment. He will report to Tom Keefer, senior vice president of global licensing at BBC Worldwide in New York.
