Kirstie Allsopp debuted a range of “vintage chic” homewares and gifts in Marks & Spencer last spring, and will continue the range into 2012, adding stationery, home fragrance, outdoor products, ceramics and craft sets. The range will launch in September.

Gardener’s World will get an expanded range of watering cans, a thermos flask and a garden kneeler this year, in addition to its existing range that launched at Boots last fall/winter. More is expected for the brand for spring/summer 2013.

The program for BBC GoodFood is beginning to take shape, as well. BBC Worldwide has developed a style guide for the property and phasing plan for GoodFood. The first range is projected to launch in early 2013. BBC Worldwide is seeking partners for categories including cookware, bakeware, ceramic oven tableware and textiles such as aprons, tea towels and oven gloves.

In addition, the MasterChef and Junior MasterChef properties will extend out to independent stores and cookware specialists this year. Currently,

retailer John Lewis has 40 SKUs on shelf.
